Ultimately we want our customers to be happy with their purchases and treat each return on a case to case basis to make sure you're satisfied. We apply refunds to the tender with which returned items were purchased. You have 60 days from the original ship date to make returns on eligible items. We'll provide a shipping label and charge a flat rate of $5. Please note that we cannot accept returns without your receipt, invoice, or order confirmation.

Apparel and accessories may be returned unless the item is marked Final Sale or Non-Returnable. Items must be returned in their original packaging, including hang tags, dust bags, and gift boxes when applicable. Items must not be worn, washed, altered or damaged.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email. We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling or incorrect sizing.

Each item is photographed to display the true color/pattern. Although we try to accurately photograph each item, exact coloring of merchandise may vary due to indoor/outdoor lighting, various computer or mobile device screens, resolutions and more. Items with a slight variance will not be considered defective.
